研究领域:

主要从事面向后摩尔时代关键二维电子材料与器件研究,聚焦于二维材料的范德华层间调控与界面作用机制。基于插层化学基本原理,系统调控二维材料与插层客体之间的相互作用,实现对二维材料微观结构的精准设计与层状杂化超晶格的可控构筑,并探索其在新型高性能电子器件与新奇量子物态研究中的应用。具体研究方向包括:

(1)二维半导体材料的可控制备与结构设计,探索其在低功耗电子器件中的应用,如晶体管、光电探测器及神经形态突触模拟器件等;

(2)二维插层杂化超晶格的可控构筑与物性调控,揭示其中涌现的新奇物理现象与量子物态。

以第一/通讯作者身份在Nat. Mater., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Acc. Mater. Res.等学术期刊发表论文。入选江苏省第六期“333高层次人才培养工程”(第三层次 2022);获国际先进材料协会-先进材料创新奖 (IAAM-Advanced Materials Innovation Award 2025)。
